The mid-range this year is nurturing as much or more than any other and today it is Vivo that brings a new member. We recently saw new mobiles from the IQOO line and a new Nex , but now the one that expands is the Y with the new Vivo Y30 .
A proposal similar to the Vivo Y50 that was also presented this month, although the Y30 includes a MediaTek processor and, as you might think, its nomenclature is somewhat more contained in components. A smartphone with a 6.37-inch screen and four rear cameras with a 5,000 mAh battery .

IPS technology and hole in the screen
The design patterns of this mobile obey those we see most abundantly in the current mid-range, with a back with multicolored reflections and a camera module in the form of a domino. Similar to what we could see for example in the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite .
The back curves slightly to the sides, with the brand's logo on the left side under the camera module. For the front part, a hole has been chosen in the screen for the camera, with which it seems that it makes good use of the front by the camera, even if it maintains the usual chin on the bottom.
This screen is a 6.37-inch IPS in 19.5: 9 with a resolution of 1,560 x 720 pixels , another feature that differentiates it from the Y50 and makes it a rather modest proposal considering the abundance of FullHD + in the mid-range. The fingerprint reader is not integrated into it, rather we see it on the back.
Meeting minimums
As we anticipated in the introduction and showed in the specification table, the Vivo Y30 has the Helio P35 processor, a processor with some age that is accompanied by 4 GB of RAM. And as in the rest of the mobiles of this manufacturer, Android 10 dresses up with Funtouch10 OS, Vivo's own layer.
The base storage is 128 GB, although it can be expanded up to 256 GB with a microSD card. But the striking thing about this mobile is that it integrates a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W fast charge (not surprisingly, it is 9.11 millimeters thick, although it is close to 200 grams without passing them).
In this rectangular camera module we see a 13 megapixel sensor for the main one, an 8 megapixel sensor for the wide angle and the quintessential choice to complete the four cameras in the most modest way: a macro lens and a camera for analyzing depth (both with 2 megapixel sensors). The front pokes out of the hole with an 8-megapixel sensor.
Price and availability of the Vivo Y30
For now, the Vivo Y30 has been officially announced in Malaysia. Its official sale price is about 192 euros to change , being a single version with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage (in the colors white and blue).
We will be pending in case this mobile is part of those that arrive in Spain, after confirming last month that in its establishment in the European market "they would go for it all".
